About this retreat
A message from your hostess Elizabeth Wood
Hello my friends, I'm so pleased to finally have an in person retreat after many long years.
I invite you to learn about consciousness with me in one of the most beautiful places in the world - Ecuador!
In this 7 day long retreat we will focus on mastering the 12 Light Bodies and our path in consciousness.
Over 7 days together we will unwrap the 12 Dimensions within, heal blocks and programming, and discover the next steps in consciousness for your soul's essence.
I will take you on 2 field trips - to the Heart of Gaia at La Florida archeological site (and the most beautiful drive in the world!) and to the Crystal Mountain of Podocarpus National Park where we will find quartz and admire the magnificent Andes. The flora and fauna here are rare and wonderful.
Each day we will start and end with Dragon's Gate Qigong, a wonderful lifelong practice for your ultimate well being. You'll be amazed at the power of this rejuvenating practice.
Vilcabamba is called "The Valley of Longevity". It's water is full of gold and silver colloids, and the food is diverse and unique. A town with a robust expat community, it's easy to get your needs met while enjoying the village life of Ecuador. No corporations here - only family owned stores!

Nestled in the heart of southern Ecuador, the village of Vilcabamba is a lovely town with a beautiful natural setting. La Florida ruins and the Podocarpus National Part are on our list as well. Important Details
Today we have a meet and greet with a registration, and an introduction to Dragon's Gate Qigong. I'll give a brief introduction to the 12 Dimensional Path, a methodology including the 12 dimensions of consciousness and the 12 light bodies. We will meditate together, set our intentions, and enjoy a meal at a local restaurant.
This is our first full working day, and we will begin and end with Qigong on all our working days. Today we go into navigating the 12 Light Bodies and the first triad of Dimensions. After lunch we will look at furthering the embodiment of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd dimensions, and how to integrate our soul's essences into the material working world.
Today we will go to either La Florida ruins, the birthplace of chocolate and the ancient temple of shamans. It's the most magnificent drive through the Andes with many wonderful waterfalls. Or we will go to the Crystal Mountain to befriend some quartz crystals and admire the unusual flora of the Podocarpus National Park. Our trip will depend on the jungle weather!
On our second working day we will look at the next triad of Light Bodies and dimensions. We will discover techniques for mystical dreaming and the 4th dimension, as well as working with the possibilities of the 5th and 6th dimensions. We will dig into what strengths we want to hone, and what skills we want to learn more about for our futures.
Whichever spot we didn't go to the first time, we will go today!
Today we cover the 7th, 8th and 9th Light Bodies and dimensions. We will discuss the importance of the angelic/demonic realms, the wisdom of light, and the Eyes of Love. We will also cover Divine Law and how to navigate our conscious lives better through it.
On our last working day, we will cover the last triad of dimensions and Light Bodies, the most etheric. The 10th, 11th and 12th will be more about "who are you?" and your soul's essence. You'll receive quantum healing from Elizabeth, and a more personalized understanding of your essence. Most importantly you'll receive a clearer path to finding Source God in all things.
We will have a final goodbye brunch together, practice Qigong one last time, and bless one another on our now deepened journey inward...

Ecuador is generally safe and conservative. Most of the issues are in the big cities. Like anywhere, be aware and try not to stand out too much.

This makes the atmosphere thinner, and the sunlight brighter in a very noticeable way.

You need to be wise about your thoughts and words here - they become real! This place magnifies our creator being abilities, for better or worse.
This is a transformative place, and you need to have established tools to handle what will come up.
Time also acts differently here.
The sun sets and rises at the same time each day (6:30pm) in an endless springtime.
This is a primordial place, and can elevate you if you use it wisely.
